Making My App

Q. How do I make an App?
A. It's easy. Just choose the type of App that you want to make from our Products list and fill-out the Sign-up form. We'll contact you and guide you through the entire process. This includes our building an App with the features you want and inserting your content.

Q. How does it work?
A. We've pre-made a lot of software for the types of Apps listed in our Products section. Making your App is simple: We mix-and-match the software we've already written and you supply the content that goes inside.

Q. What will my App look like?
A. Your App will put your brand or identity in the spotlight. It will include a custom icon and splash screen that either you can provide or we can make for you. When your App loads, it will show your main content item, such as the music player if you want a music App. From there, all features and content sections will be available via tabs selectable at the bottom of the screen. We follow Apple's user interface guidelines in designing your App.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Depending on the number of customers ahead of you, it can take as little as a few days or as long as a couple weeks to create your App.

Q. How do I get started?
A. Pick the type of App that you'd like to make from our Products section and then complete the Sign-up form. We'll contact you quickly, usually within 24 hours, to get the process started.

Q. What kind of content can I put in the App?
A. Depending on the App Package you choose, you can put a wide variety of your content your App. This can include any combination of your songs, videos, photos, articles as well as links to content you host on third-party sites, like your Blog, Twitter feed, YouTube videos and more.

Q. How do I supply my content?
A. You can supply your content by emailing it to us or pointing us to anywhere you host it online.

Maintaining My App

Q. Can I change the content over time?
A. Yes. If your content is static in the App, you can contact us with the content updates and we can update them for you. This can be done instantly and does not require releasing a new version of your App. For content items that are linked into your App via third-party services, they will get updated automatically as you update the content on those services.

Q. Can I change the contents of my App after it has been published in the App Store?
A. Yes. We can change the content within your App even after it has been published to the App store. The cost of doing this is covered in your monthly fee. Just email us the changes you want and we will make them effective on your App.

Pricing

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Most apps can be done for $995 - $2495 plus $19.95 - $99.95 per month

Q. What does maintenance and support include?
A. Maintenance includes our commitment to fix any technical problems that may arise with your App at any time. Support includes our availability to answer any questions or effect any changes necessary to update or maintain your App at any time.

Q. How can I pay?
A. You can pay by credit card or check. We require 50% payment upon signing-up and 50% once your App is complete and approved by the App Store. Once you contact us and decide to move forward, we will collect payment from you.

Q. Are there any long-term commitments or contracts?
A. No. As long as you pay the monthly fee to maintain your App, it will continue to be available on the App store. You can stop or remove your App at any time.

Q. What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
A. If you stop paying the monthly fee, your App will be removed from the App store if you submitted it via our account. If you stop paying the monthly fee but have submitted the App through your own account, it may cease to work properly.

Q. Why do you charge a monthly fee?
A. We charge a monthly fee to support our ongoing commitment to provide you with maintenance, support and updates to your App. The monthly fee further enables us to recoup our cost of providing your App for such a low price.

Q. How are you able to make my App so cheaply?
A. We are able to make your App so cheaply because we make specific types of Apps that enable us to reuse a lot of the code that we've written. The Apps we make you for $995 - $2495 would typically cost $10,000 or more to be developed by standard software development firms.

Q. Can I get a discount if I decide to make more than one App with you?
A. Yes, we offer a 33% discount on any subsequent Apps we make for you.

Q. If I decide to charge for my App in the App Store, do I have to share revenue with you?
